115 Highland Lane

Here we go again! Work is just getting started at 115 Highland Lane. To make money in real estate, you have to add value to a home. This Mill Valley house is in a suberb location, has room to expand, and needs a ton of cosmetic work - a recipe for success! Watch and see what is going to make this project a winner. This is just the beginning, I can't wait to share the progress with you!

After 9 months of meetings with architects, structural engineers, soil engineers and the city of Sausalito we finally got started. The first step was lifting the house up on cribbing for support and to level it out, as well as digging out the storage area below to create space. Watch and see how this is a much bigger project than 1310 California, but you’ll see the potential, as I did, and fall in love with 514 Bonita!

Update #2

Update #1

A true diamond in the rough. I’ll show you how 40 Annapolis Terrace transformed from a property that was passed over by hundreds into a dream house. In this case study, we’ll discuss adding square footage, creating a vision for a rebuild, and the changes we’ll make to add value to 40 Annapolis Terrace.

1310 California

I started investing in real estate when I was 24. I couldn't afford anything that was turn key or remodeled so I developed an eye for places that had potential. I had to figure out how to create the value myself, since I couldn't afford to have someone else do it for me. Over the years I learned about not only what I want in a home, but what others want as well. I learned to build properties instead of buying properties. I create value! I love to work with my hands to create a vision. Others think I'm nuts, but can't see what I’ve created!  My first project, 1310 California, had a ton of potential! At almost 1800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car parking spaces in the middle of Nob Hill. Cramped, old and dirty but with high ceilings, great light and a fabulous layout. I saw what it could be and had to have it. Take a first look at the start of the project. The video will show you what I saw in this place and give you an appreciation of where this development project began

Now that you have seen the before, have a look at the after. A masterpiece that anyone would love to call home! Months of hard work and grey hairs went into making this all happen, but in the end, you’ll see it was worth every bit of the effort. Welcome to 1310 California!
